Autism and AD/HD battlefronts

Tomorrow will be very weird. I've handled students who have had Asperger's and Down syndrome and Extremely low levels of self-confidence and anxiety attacks, as well as AD/HD... but tomorrow will be very different.

This is my first counseling with teenage Autism. Teenage Autism. When you hear of Autism and research about it over the internet and youtube, you see how teachers become very creative in the way they teach kids. Using the old methods of conditioning that we learn from Psych 101, they reward these Autistic kids with good behavior and give a slap on the hand for bad ones. Simple, effective, yet problematic, due to the fact that most of their students were 10 or younger.

Tomorrow i have a teenager.

This'll be tough. I heard he's taller than me.

Challenge Accepted!
