Catwalk Fashion shows

Maybe they're just trying to make it lively? Maybe they just need a centerpiece? Or maybe they still think that this adds a certain pop-culture vibe to their setting? 

Until today, I do not get why these school (mainly Ateneo) parties have these catwalk fashion shows. I don't know. 

I may be retarded in this not to appreciate the artistry present in a bunch-a pansies walking around in clothes that resemble something you see in Star Wars. Because, frankly, nobody remembers the fashion show. Probably 1% of the turn out will go home talking about what happened on the catwalk. 

Guys would probably remember the modeling in respect to them wanting to see certain models naked in their beds. And even that would be unlikely, as the school budget would only allow you to hire models who are just simply whiter than most people. They're not even that pretty. 

They're just white. 

Forgive me for this rant. I just wasted 250 pesos.
